Meet the founding Aces.

 

The individuals behind Amesto Aces

The people behind Amesto Aces are Ahmed Hassan, Liban Khader Salad, and Abukar Hassan. They have several years of experience from the social entrepreneurship company 'Ideelt Security AS', which works on preventing social exclusion. Here, they have provided 'trivselsverter' (hosts promoting social interactions) at libraries in the areas of Tøyen and Grünerløkka, and worked as labor for various events in Oslo.

Amesto Aces won the award for Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2022, organized by Ferd. Today, the company is an intrapreneur in the Amesto group, and the initiator of the collaboration is Ariane Spandow, owner and chairman of the board of Spabo Group. The operational management is led by Ahmed, Liban, and Abukar with support from the CEO of Amesto People, Kjetil Ellestad.

Ahmed Hassan

Ahmed has been nominated as a leader star by E24's Leadership Talents, 30 under 30 by Dagens Næringsliv (D2), and has become one of Oslo's 10 voices on NRK P1.

Liban Salad

Liban is an economist and has extensive experience in job and career counseling from Jobb X. He is passionate about creating good and innovative solutions that help young people find employment.

Abukar Hassan

Abukar has a background in pedagogy and coordination. He is passionate about diversity and equality. Abukar is also a certified Salesforce consultant..

Co-founder

Ariane Spandow.

After founding and running her own company, Ariane (45) decided to join the corporate operations of the Amesto group in 2012. Since then, she has been a proponent of implementing the triple bottom line as a business model for the Amesto group.

Since 2021, Ariane has been the chairman of the board of Spabo Group. She is genuinely concerned with sustainability and the social aspect of business. The goal is that the results of all companies in the Spabo Group are reflected in a triple bottom line.
