What is the process of collaborating with us?

We recruit candidates based on the expressed needs of our clients. Our goal throughout the recruitment process is to identify and match the candidate's skills with a clear need from our clients and in the market in general.

In short, we create a collaboration agreement where you pay a consultant fee per hour per consultant for an agreed-upon period. Afterwards, you have the option to take over the employment relationship.
