In close collaboration with Salesforce and Microsoft, we offer young people between the ages of 18-30 who are outside the workforce the opportunity to become certified consultants. Each 'ace' has gone through a thorough recruitment and selection process before the training program.
This is achieved through thorough testing along with one of the country's leading organizational psychologists. Before joining your team, they work through an intensive program. At our organization, they also learn about how to build a successful career.

No formal admission requirements
Through our collaboration with NAV Oslo, candidates have the opportunity to register and apply for a spot in our training program. We have no formal requirements, but focus on IT interest, motivation, and ability.

The way forward
Candidates who are selected move on to a selection process where we focus on the competencies, skills, and knowledge needed to succeed in the role. Here, we also look at their potential for development and not just what the candidate already possesses.
The final phase of the selection process
The final phase of the selection process is a in-depth interview together with the customer. Candidates who are selected then start in the training program, with the goal of starting a career with this customer after completing the course.
Training program starts
After the candidate is selected, they start an intensive program where they become certified as a Salesforce or Microsoft consultant. During this period, they also receive advice on how to build their career from professional recruitment advisors in Toptemp and ISCO Group.

How does a collaboration with us work?
We recruit candidates based on the expressed needs of our clients. Our goal throughout the recruitment process is to identify and match the candidate's competencies with a clear need within our clients and the general market.
In short, we create a collaboration agreement where you pay a consultant fee per hour per consultant for an agreed period. After that, you have the option to take over the employment relationship.
